Do you ship worldwide?
Yes.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests made after this timeframe will be declined. However, once you receive your order, you may return it for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as Klarna and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra processing time during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of the order date and shipped the following business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Due to high demand, delivery may take 2–4 weeks.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
